A foggy start to the day, I almost missed a turn! I haven’t gotten lost yet… The trial is very well blazed but as the day wears on its hard to pay attention all the time and not zone out. Lots of Rolling hills with Ohio like vegetation. I walked 13 miles today. I thought about pushing on, but lodging options looked thin and my feet are still mushy from the Pyrenees. I decided on a municipal albergue, only 8 euro for the bunk. It’s a nice clean facility, with wifi! So far I look to be 20 years older than any other pilgrim here! Already got a shower and washed my clothes. I’m lounging and blogging until dinner. Looking forward to Pamplona tomorrow!
Good luck cousin! Praying for your safety every day! Really enjoying your blog…..Mel
