We slept in and had a leisurely breakfast in Santiago and then spent some time getting our packs squared away. We spent most of the morning touring the Cathedral museum with an English audio guide. Ran into Sebastian a pilgrim from Germany who I had walked with several times. Mixta con Atun and steamed muscles for lunch, then back to the hotel to hop a cab for Sanxenxo. The resort is wonderful and we have a huge room with a balcony and a hammock! We are definitely out of international tourist Spain and language is tough at times. Fortunately Mona speaks fluent spa, I’m in good hands.

Nope, that’s my jacket. I only wore it a few times on the trail, mostly mornings when it was chilly.
