This weeks menu

Were trying to plan our menu for the week each Sunday.  Here the plan for the next week:

Salmon w/ peas and mushrooms
Chicken parmesan w/ sautéed spinach
Ribs w/ coleslaw and cornbread (we’ve been saving  a 1/2 rack in the freezer from OMC) 
Yogurt and fruit for breakfast
Skinny Cow ice cream cones for desert (150 cal per, and very tasty)
Three meals seems to be enough.  We end up with subway or sushi on nights were busy.
