Perfectly Roasted Chicken Thighs

Yield: 8-10 chicken thighs

Crispy and flavourful these simple chicken thighs will be a weeknight staple.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475.
  2. Brush both sides of chicken with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of chicken evenly with spices and herbs.
  4. Roast, skin side down, for 18 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken over and roast for another 20 minutes.
